I made a support request on a few plugins. And check marked the box below:
“Notify me of follow-up replies via email”
To get an email once the support has made a reply. However I’m getting all the emails from created support tickets, every answer… my mailbox is already over 600+ emails!
I already tried to logout login, subscribe, and unsubscribe the plugin in general, but it doesn’t seem to work.
Is this a bug and can someone help me, because legit email gets lost by this issue.
