wp-admin pages redirect to external page

Newbie here.
Reinstalled wp several times from scratch
Debug log not showing nothing special

Problems:
– Can’t install or even find themes: show this error text:

Sorry Spanish, “error unexpected, something went wrong with WP.org or the server. Check the forums…”
– Can’t update, install or find widgets : keep going to maintenance o blank page
– Some times when click on any of the Widgets/themes button, the page goes outside word-press and shows something like this:
bad page
