I am unable to access either my wp-admin page or cpanel. Both time out with a “Took too long to respond message”.
I thought it might be a plugin problem. I was able to access the cpanel via my phone and deactivated all plugins by renaming the file. I could then login to my wp-admin on my phone but still not able to access it on desktop. WP on my phone is showing no active plugins. I have cleared the cache and cookies on my desktop. And restarted my router and desktop. None of this has helped.
