Hi All,
can anyone tell me is there a way to finetune the shipping options in the basket page as per the screenshot below? I find it very surprising I cannot default shipping charges to a country or even shipping charge itself, but need to go all the way down to county, making pretty much 95% of customers changing it to their own address.
