Its not smiley face. Someone left closing symbols somerqwhere.

P.S. don.t have custom css. Tried to make new page, just with header text, same.

Can you check your footer.php file from wp-content/themes/[YOUR_THEME]/footer.php and see if the that smiley exists there ?

Also, it might be from some other plugins as well. I think you should deactivate plugins and see if that helps. And then later activate them one by one to find the culprit ones.

Found that GA Google Analytics messing up . Now can dig deeper!
