I hope this in the right place.
I am relatively new to my current job and have discovered that the user we have for our wordpress is only an editor and I can’t find ANY information on who might have the logins for the Administrator.
Sadly this is not unusual for this organisation as a result of significant staff changes/ restructuring and last year the website was down for a while because it turned out no one had bothered to write down any information about the hosting (that was a fun few days hunting that down!).
Can anyone point me in the direction of where I might be able to find details of the Adminstrator?
Or a way to upgrade our user to Admin?
