The screenshot you gave is NOT an SSL error.
This is Cloudflare saying they cannot connect to the server where your website is hosted (for whatever reason).

Yes you are right. I clicked on the error link provided and it brought me to a 525 error (which is SSL related) instead of the 521 error.
Either way, I will work with my host provider to review this issue.
