My site is roughly one month old and has always been very slow to load.
I have CDN through Cloudflare, the site is secure with SSL certificate and Really Simple SSL plugin and my images are JPG compressed.
I’ve tried (and paid) for WP Rocket – this made my site slower, however, as did W3 Total Cache. I’ve uninstalled both.
I’m at a total loss over what to do next. The site is termed as ‘slow’ by Google speed test and never loads within the expected 2 seconds. This is really affecting my stats.
I use Bluehost basic hosting.
