You should ask in the support forum for the theme (since it seems that’s where the feature comes from).
Thank you for a reply. After another few hours I found a solution – I had to change desing of the menu because only 4 of 5 offered designs works on mobile devices Of course, I had to choose one that doesn’t work 😉
