When I try to access that, I get a 403 error. Are you blocking images?
As that’s a page from your host and not your site, you might contact your host.

Hello. Thanks for an answer. It loads in my page fine but as you said i cannot access the photo directly. Should i change the permission on UPLOADS folder? thank you
It’s probably not a file permissions issue. Are you blocking images from loading unless they’re loaded from your page? That seems more likely.
I checked with the file permission and it’s 644 so shouldn’t be the problem i guess.
I didn’t fully got your answer but i didn’t do anything to get images blocked. When i go to my page the articles and it’s images are loading fine.
You are in some way blocking images that are not being viewed with your site. Did you install any “anti-scraping” plugin? Does that sound familiar?
I contacted the host provider and they say free hosting doesn’t have hot linking of images, that’s why the photo is not shown. I have to upgrade. Thank you so much!
“Hot linking”!! That’s the phrase I couldn’t remember. 🙂
