Please try searching the text in your theme’s header.php file or home page file(index.php/front-page.php/home.php).
You can try searching the text using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/string-locator/ as well.

can’t find it in them. also, when I’m in the backend and switch between areas the page that is loading ha a white page with “ha” on it before the next page loads!
Please try searching using the plugin I suggested.
Also, look in wp-config.php.
I just tried deactivating all my plugin to rule them out and this is what happened
