Moving my website from /wp2/ to /

Hello, i am noob in this domain but i do my best, also english its not my main language but also im trying.

I have the following problem:

From the cPanel with Softaculous i installed my WordPress and create my website, this one:
/wp2/

And i want to publish him somehow, to go live and to be accessed by me using his real link without database adress /

Can you help me please? I hope i explained the problem well.

In case you wonder the website is in romanian, i didnt post any of my content, only copied from the internet and the name means “A FOOL” 🙂
