Good day to you all,
I’m having a problem I’m trying to find a solution for.
I’ve set up my site 3 or 4 days ago and one of the first things I did is to activate my SSL protocol to give my site a padlock and secure connection. I did check on my provider page and it’s on, I also used the WP Force SSL plugin to make sure.
However it works on Desktop view and seemingly Tablet (I have no option to check on that since I don’t own one), but on mobile it does not. The padlock pops up a split second and then it’s back to a triangle/insecure connection. The link URLs in the WordPress admin menu are set to https://
Since over 50% of all internet traffic is on mobile, this is a huge issue for me.
Googling didn’t find me a solution, mayhaps I searched with the wrong terms, I don’t know. I’d be delighted if one of you could help me out here. Don’t worry about the age verification at the main page, there’s no mature content on it right now (And even if, you had to read a book plugin for that, heh.)
If that helps, I have the following plugins active:
AddToAny Share Buttons, Agy, Akismet Anti-Spam, BB-press (Active but not used), BookPress Premium, Contact Form 7, Elementor + Elementor Pro, Essential Addons for Elementor, Force Regenerate Thumbnails, iThemes Security, Media Library Folders for WordPress, PublishPress Capabilities, Rank Math SEO (Even though I’m too dumb to set it up or use…), SG Optimizer, Shield, WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click, WP Force SSL and lastly WP Last Modified Info.
I’m not very good at anything computer related and I’m surprised that I’ve come that far with my website yet, so any help is appreciated, I’m at my wits end here :/
