I have activated some of the free author landing page themes on wordpress.org e.g. ‘Remembering His Name’ and ‘Into the Wild’ but they are not showing. However, when I use another theme such as Astra it shows. Does anyone knows what’s going on? How much does it cost to customize book author website with four pages? Has wordpress.org outsource technical support to a third party? If yes, which company is the legitimate wordpress technical support. By googling I found a few of them and not sure which one is official.
