htaccess Looking Messy | WordPress.org

Hi guys,

Looking over my .htaccess file the other day I noticed some old no-longer working processes from the likes of WP Total Cache, Wordfence and many more and I wondered if it would be best to replace it?

I’m quite aware that refreshing the permalinks creates a new .htaccess, and I’m looking to do this for a new Litespeed cache installation, plus another instance of Wordfence.

Is just scrubbing the present .htaccess and then refreshing permalinks the best way to do this?

Thanks in advance.
