Hello
I used xampp to install wordpress theme but some plugins do not work properly since they need emails like a paid hosting offers. other plugin does not work because it needs to turn off mod_security which is related to hosting team support.
I tried a free hosting but the issues still exist and no support because it is free.
What should I do in such case to test the theme and be sure about the plugins?
