How to remove product image from reviews

Hi everyone,

I have only 1 product on my site for sale, im using side bar on right side of screen with widget of recent reviews, but because im selling only 1 product it looks a bit silly the same image being shown 10 times running down the right side of the screen.

Is there a way to remove the image? or instead show a snippet of review text. I mainly just want the image gone.
