Hi,
I have done a bit of a stupid thing with the site:
1. Upgraded the site to 5.5 from 5.4.2
2. Some plugins did not work properly
3. Restored the site to 5.4.2, using a backup copy at my hosting provider
4. Run a Wordfence scan and found 80 files in wp-admin and wp-includes that Wordfence reports as unknown. The list of names of those files is given below.
My questions are:
1. Are those files the totally new files exclusive of WP 5.5?
2. I am running the site at 5.4.2 (normally as I see it), but there are still those files (probably 5.5 files) in the wp-admin and wp-includes folders. Should that be OK, or are there any potential conflicts or risks of some sort?
