Hi, I installed Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log to try and sort out erratic email problems that I was experiencing on my wordpress site.
The had a problem with the fact that ACTIVATED registered users (Via Buddypress) were not able to post on the site.
On checking where the emails were being sent to I found that ALL the resistered emails were being hijacked into a Private Group on Bacebook with the above link being the administrator.
This directly invalidates my ability to safeguard the privacy of people who register on my site.
Please tell me that WordPress can and will ensure that this type of hijacking software should NOT be supported or allowed in the WordPress plugin options.
Is there any other action I can take against this character who has managed to steal my members emails. I have addressed my objections to him on the Facbook site but I do not hold out much hope of being able to do anything about it. Jude
