My wordpress admin access requires two factor autentication however my phone recently got broken and upon reinstalling my backup I no longer had access to my authentication app and cannot recover it.
This is proving a huge problem because I can no longer access my WP-Admin page as it requires the code which I cannot provide.
I also do not have a backup code.
Is there a way, via PhPMyAdmin, of FTP, that I can somehow disable/remove 2FA authentication?
What makes it worse is I can’t remember exactly what it was set-up with although I think it was the default 2fa.
