Since this is a commercial theme, that “right direction” would be the theme’s support page — as we don’t have access to commercial products here at WordPress.org to be able to offer any assistance:

If you were to give your own website address where the problem is occuring, perhaps you may be lucky to find someone here who could try and help you. Theme demo sites aren’t useful in this regard.
