Hi, everybody!
After an update to wordpress 5.5, i couldn’t access my site the next day. I cannot access my site neither as admin, nor as visitor. When I try to access the admin/login page, i only got the following message:
“There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”
I contacted my host, they made some check-ups and they informed me that they identified the following errors:
[20-Aug-2020 14:15:16 UTC] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘{‘ in /home2/renald19/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce.php on line 56

It seems that the woocommerce plugin (that is installed, but I don’t use it) is in conflict with the new 5.5 version of 5.5
In order to fix those errors, I tried to access my site via FTP. The problem here is that the site doesn’t recognize my password (the username is ok, but when I introduce my password – it doesn’t recognize it).
I don’t know what to do. Please give me some advice on how to access my site.
Thank you very much in advance!
