I am planning to put together a robust community forum site. I like the overall layout of WordPress.org’s support forums and ideally want to incorporate almost all of their features and functionality, such as the thread page’s right sidebar items listed below, the path to the page, “Notify me of follow-up replies”, etc. Could I achieve that with one or another currently available off-the-shelf theme and plug-ins or would I have to develop this pretty well from scratch?
